Azerbaijani vowels must harmonize within words. There are two groups: Front vowels (ə, e, i, ö, ü) and Back vowels (a, ı, o, u). All vowels in a word must belong to the same group.

آذربائیجانی میں حروف علت کو ہم آہنگ ہونا چاہیے۔ دو گروپ ہیں: سامنے والے حروف (ə, e, i, ö, ü) اور پیچھے والے حروف (a, ı, o, u)۔ ایک لفظ کے تمام حروف علت ایک ہی گروپ سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔
